Event Details

  • When: Two sessions will be offered: December 28 from 4-5pm Pacific Time OR December 30 from 4-5pm Pacific Time. Can’t join live? The sessions will be recorded and all participants will receive the recording.

  • Where: Zoom (link to be emailed prior to the workshop)

  • Investment: $33, includes a thoughtfully designed scripting guidebook (to be emailed prior to the workshop) and an audio recording of the session’s guided meditation for you to return to whenever you need a reminder

  • Attire: Come as you are! Think cozy layers and soft textures, and don’t forget to bring a favorite journal or notebook!
